The Dates / Price
Accommodation
- Your own deluxe room, sharing a bathroom with one other person - £2000 (€2200) (strictly limited).
- Your own deluxe room with private bathroom £2250 (€2500).
- Private apartment with private bathroom £3000 (€3300) single occupancy. For a couple sharing an apartment (they are furnished with double beds) £2100 (€2300)per person.
We now have a Euro account, so if you’d prefer to pay in Euros please mention when you book.
All prices include
- round trip flight (London Gatwick to Florence)
- ground transportation (Italy only)
- all food, accommodation, yoga and hiking
- two massages

- Sept 11 to 18, 2010
In order to give everyone maximum attention, group size is limited. It is advisable to secure your place as early as possible.
Deposit
- A non-refundable £500 deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is required two months before the start day of the retreat.
Cancellation
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the start date of the retreat you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of the retreat.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat you will receive no refund.
- However, if you cancel and we are able to fill your place through the waiting list you will receive a full refund less £500 deposit.
NB: If you wish to book your own flight please notify us on booking. The cost of the retreat will be reduced by £150 if you do this. If you wish to return on a later date than the day the retreat ends, please notify us on booking. There may be a surcharge for doing this. If you which to travel on a different day or at a different time to the group a taxi can be arranged but at your cost (approximately €130 each way). If you book less than 30 days before the start day of the retreat you may be charged a flight surcharge depending on cost of flights at the time of booking.
